Q: Is it possible to cancel my booking?
A: Of course you can but please can you refer to our terms and conditions.
Q: Can I make a booking for more than 8 people?
A: We would be happy to help with larger groups. Sometimes they take a little longer to arrange so the sooner you contact us the better we can help you.
Q: How much notice do I need to give to book an airport transfer?
A: We suggest at least 6 hours but we can provide vehicles at much shorter notice. 6 hours gives us the chance of finding the best car to suit your purposes.
Q: Is you price for the vehicle or for each person?
A: We only ever charge for the vehicle.
Q: What extra charges are there?
A: Absolutely none. The price you see is the price you pay. If there are any credit or debit card charges they will be shown when you make your online booking.
Q: Are you properly licensed?
A: Yes, we are registered with the Public Carriage Office (PCO) in London.
Q: What sort of cars are in your fleet?
A: We have a wide range of vehicles ranging including family saloons, estates, people carriers and limousines.
Q: How long have you been providing taxi transfers?
A: We have over 15 years experience of passenger logistics and the transportation business in our management team.
Q: What airports do you take passengers to?
A: We provide transfers to and from all the London Airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport.
Q: Can I pay by cash?
A: Yes please, unless you have paid when you booked, our driver will be expecting a cash payment at the end of your journey.
Q: What about paying with credit or debit cards?
A: Yes. You can use your credit or debit card to pay when you book on our website.
Q: Do you charge extra for pick ups and drop offs at multiple destinations?
A: Yes, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can advise you of the extra cost
Q: Can I smoke in one of your taxis?
A: All of our taxis operate a strict no smoking policy in line with the law
Q: If there is bad traffic on my journey to the airport will the price increase?
A: No, our price is a one off charge and unlike metered taxis does not increase as time passes when you are stuck in traffic
Q: What happens if my flight is early or is delayed?
A: Our cars all have in-car flight arrivals data and your driver will be aware of the delay. You will be met if your flight is early, on time or late.

A: We operate a 24/7 service, 365 days a year.
